Our first towbar box: Hapro Boxer

We proudly present our first towbar box, the Hapro Boxer! With this premium towbar box we expand our travel assortment to serve the market even more broadly.

The Boxer is thé solution for extra luggage space when use of the car roof is not possible or desired. With the choice of the right type of Boxer and a beneficial aerodynamic placement behind the car, this leads to minimal extra fuel consumption or reduction of the car's range. The Hapro Boxer stands out for its ergonomic and aesthetic design. With its elegant lines and beautiful colour scheme, the Boxer offers not only extra space, but also a beautiful automotive look. Ideal for adventurous travellers, families and smart mobility enthusiasts.

Robust, safe and well thought through

With an L and M variant, there is always a suitable solution for maximum convenience. The Boxer L, with a content of 420 liter, has a width of 163cm, which makes it ideal for cars with a wider rear end. For smaller, narrower cars or for someone who does not need a larger box, there is the Boxer M, which with a width of 133cm and a content of 340 liter, fits behind nearly any car.

 

For optimal aerodynamics and therefore minimum impact on fuel consumption or range, it is important when choosing the L or M to ensure that the box stays within the dimensions and streamlines of the car. 

The Boxer features a clever tilt system. The tilt function allows direct access to the trunk without having to remove the Boxer. You easily tilt the Boxer using a foot control with a two-stage release and a light hand guidance of the boxo. This can also be done with luggage in the Boxer. 

Thanks to the Premium-Grip quick-mount system, mounting the Boxer platform is a breeze. With the red adjustment knob, tolerances on towbar dimensions are taken care of. This ensures the platform is fixed optimally and safely.

 

The platform is not only equipped with brake lights, license plate lights, turn signals and a reverse light, but also a fog rear light. When storing the platform, the lighting units can be folded inward for compact, secure storage. Durable, safe and thoughtful.
